In order for you to provide us with solid proof you will need to have verified your account to a real e-mail. Once banned you should be haven given a reason of the ban and that should be print screened and uploaded to our contact form.
For us to replace your account we will need full details of the transaction, including your email, Paypal email & Paypal Transaction ID. You will also need to upload solid proof of the reason of the ban,
this can be done with a print screen of the email and then uploaded to our contact form. If the product is in stock the replacement will be given out within 1-24 hours.
